DELETE YOUR ARB RADAR ACCOUNT

ARB RADAR is operated by X CyberArt LTD. You can delete your account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by asking us to do it for you.

Immediate · no request needed

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open the ARB RADAR app on iOS or Android.
  2. Go to Profile (the account icon in the top bar).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice. The second confirmation is the point of no return.

Your account is deleted straight away. Nothing is queued for review and there is no waiting period.

If you cannot reach the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject below. We will confirm your identity and action it within 30 days, and in practice far sooner.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your identity is removed permanently:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your email address and display name
  • Your profile photo
  • Everything you posted in the community chat, including all your messages
  • Your PRO status, plan and expiry
  • Your saved filters, hidden pairs and blocked members
  • Your payment and order records, other than the accounting record described under what is kept

What is kept, and why

  • Records we are legally required to retain, such as those needed for tax, accounting and fraud prevention. These are kept for the period the relevant law requires and are not used for anything else.

Before you delete

Cancel any store subscription first

Deleting your ARB RADAR account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, because those are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel it in Apple or Google Play before deleting, or you will continue to be billed for an account that no longer exists.

Deletion cannot be undone

There is no grace period and no recovery. If you sign up again later with the same email address, it will be a new account with no history, no PRO status and no chat record.
