Privacy Policy

01Who we are

X CyberArt is a software studio based in Nigeria. We design and build business websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software, and we build and run our own products. You can reach us at [email protected].

This policy covers this website only. Our products, such as Game Base and Arb Radar, have their own terms and privacy policies.

02What we collect, and why

Information you give us

When you use the estimate form on this website, you may give us:

• Your name and, optionally, your business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your preferred contact method and, optionally, your preferred language for our reply
• The type of project you selected and the description you wrote
• An optional budget range and timeline, if you chose them

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to quote your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run an automated follow-up sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone for their own marketing.

How the form works

This website has no server that stores form entries. When you finish the form, your email app opens with your answers filled into a message addressed to us. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your email app, and you can edit or delete anything first.

Information collected automatically

We do not record which page you came from, where you arrived from, campaign tags in links, your IP address or your browser details, and we do not build a profile of you. The company that hosts this website may keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a request and the IP address it came from, which is normal for any website. We do not use those logs to identify you.

03Analytics, cookies and fonts

No analytics or advertising measurement is installed on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on any page. If that changes, this section will be updated to describe exactly what is loaded and what it sends, before it goes live.

Cookies and storage. This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser’s local storage.

Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it would for any site that uses its fonts. Nothing else on this website loads from a third party.

04Where your information is kept

An enquiry you send us arrives in our email inbox and is held there with our email provider. We do not copy it into any other system unless it turns into a project, in which case it becomes part of the project record.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, including quotes that did not proceed, since businesses often come back months later. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

06Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Explain how it was used

Email [email protected] and we will respond. There is no charge for this. If you are unhappy with our response, you can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

07Security

We take care with the information you send us, and we limit who can read it to the people who need to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We do not collect payment details or sensitive personal information through this website at all, so please do not put them in the message box.

08Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

09Changes

If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
